This collaboration aims to foster innovation and research excellence in the Accounting Area and the broader research community.

    Rachel Absolu, a senior studying accounting at the Donald G. Costello College of Business at George Mason University, was awarded the Kearney and Company Scholarship in Accounting for the academic year of 2023–2024. Accounting alumnus Jae Hoon Jeong, who graduated in December 2023, received the Accounting Excellence Scholarship and James R. Beers Endowed Scholarship during his final academic year.

    The 16th Annual Behavioral Tax Symposium will be held in-person at the Churchill Hotel in the DuPont Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C., on Friday and Saturday, June 7 – 8, 2024.     As Ngoc Le was wrapping up her sophomore year at the George Mason University School of Business, she was surprised to learn that she had been nominated for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) scholarship. After a demanding application process, her hard work was rewarded as she was named a PCAOB scholar.
