Biography
Stephanie Halcrow is a Senior Fellow with the Center for Government Contracting within the School of Business at George Mason University. She recently served as a Professional Staff Member on the House Armed Services Committee (HASC) where she led efforts to develop, position, and implement the HASC Ranking Member’s reform strategies into tangible legislative solutions, garner bipartisan and bicameral support as well as solicit industry and federal government input. Stephanie brings to the Center for Government Contracting her keen ability to align priorities and resources across an organization to champion policies to improve manufacturing, sustainment, supply chain security, workforce, procurement, and financial audit activities. She also serves as a Senior Fellow for Defense Industrial Base Health and Resiliency at the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) as well as an external advisor to the Acquisition Innovation Research Center (AIRC) as a member of the Acquisition Innovation Panel. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy in computer science and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Naval Postgraduate School.
