Biography
Cate Rodman is an adjunct professor within the Management Area in the Costello College of Business at George Mason University and a Senior Facilitator at The EDGE, Mason's Team Development and Experiential Learning Center.
Cate holds an MS in Organization Development and Knowledge Management (ODKM) from the GMU Schar School of Public Policy, a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Analysis and Transformation: Collaborative Community Action (GMU Carter School) as well as both a BA and a MA in Technology Development Strategies from Boston University. Ms. Rodman's professional work explores organizational learning, team development, effective communication, conflict strategies, and experiential learning. She has worked for the Central Intelligence Agency and Northrup Grumman as well as independent consulting for corporations, non-profits, government agencies, and small businesses. Cate has been teaching MGMT 413 since Fall 2020 and has also taught MGMT 303.
