The Psychology department is offering a new PSYC undergraduate special topics course for Spring 2025 (PSYC 461-004: Inclusive Workplace: Challenges and Opportunities - CRN 12209). The course meets Tuesday and Thursdays from 12:00 pm to 1:15 pm and counts toward the Work and Organizational Psychology concentration or the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Minor!
If you are interested in learning how to succeed in managing diverse and multicultural work environments, you may wish to enroll in this course! Specifically, you’ll explore more on the complexities of legal aspects of inclusion in the workplace, understand social science theory and research pertaining to the challenges and opportunities of inclusive workplaces, and learn practical tools in engaging with situations related to workplace inclusion.
