InterSec, Inc. – Recruitment Intern -Virtual Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formatting candidate resumes to match company standards and client requirements.
- Ensure consistency and professionalism in all candidate documents.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with current candidate information.
- Upload and categorize resumes and other relevant documents into the ATS.
- Communicate with candidates regarding the status of their applications and next steps on manager’s behalf if needed
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
- Assist in developing and refining recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Assist Manager in developing write-ups on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various recruitment activities.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, setting up meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Perform other virtual assistant duties as assigned.
