Federal Government Seeks to Attract Gen Z with internships, job fairs

What attracts someone to work for the federal government? Here's one story

In a recent Washington Post article written by Andrew Zaleski, he interviews Sarah Leder on why she works in the Office of Health Equity for the Veterans Health Administration.

With a degree in social work, "Leder thought she wanted to work one-on-one with people." And while she was helping people, it seemed that something was missing. 

"Going into public service can help you realize how much bigger everything can be," said Leder, "who now works as a data, research, and evaluation specialist" helping veterans get access to medical services. For Leder, she "can genuinely say I care about my work."
